From selling candies to training Bollywood celebrities in his own gym, the story of Rakesh Udiyar’s journey is very interesting. Rakesh Udhyar is the Co-Founder of Body Wizards Fitness Academy, a fitness venture working towards creating a tribe of fitness experts in India.
Due to unavoidable situations Rakesh along with his brother started selling candies and bangles at Dadar station and also worked as a delivery boy to meet ends.
He was always interested in fitness and nutrition and at 16 he started working as a floor sweeper at a Gym. After some time he got promoted to a spotter who assisted clients with the machines.
He worked at various gyms in Mumbai before moving to Dubai. He worked as a coach for 5 years in the United States and Dubai.
After returning he started training Arbaaz Khan and that’s how his journey as a celebrity trainer started. He has trained Bollywood superstars like Salman Khan and Aamir Khan.

He has Worked as a coach for 5 years in the United States and Dubai. He also trained Salman Khan for the film Sultan & Aamir Khan for the films PK & Dangal. Not only that, he has also worked with the likes of Kunal Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Diya Mirza, Daisy Shah, Pulkit Samrat, among many others.
